Ocean Home

FSU offers masters and doctorate degrees in biological, chemcial and physical oceanography. Also, the Oceanography Department works cooperatively with the Biogeochemical Dynamics program, the Center for Ocean-Atmospheric Prediction Studies (COAPS), and the Extreme Events & Climate program.

While studying at FSU, students have the opportunity to travel the world conducting research. Current research has taken our students to Brazil, Mexico, Antartica and Norway.
